Our Programs

Four Pathways to Becoming Your Purpose.

Your purpose is not something to find. It is something to return to. These four pathways are how we walk you back.

Ready to begin? Enrollment is open.

Our Foundation

Believe. Build. Become.

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart."

Jeremiah 1:5

We believe becoming begins with understanding that God knew us before the world ever had an opinion about us. Our purpose is not simply to become whoever the world tells us to be — or even whoever we decide to be. It is to discover who God knew, examine how we are living, and grow toward a life that glorifies Him in our words, choices, relationships, and deeds.

Believe

Believe what God says about you — and believe Him enough to live according to His Word.

Belief is our foundation.

We begin by asking: What do I believe? Who do I believe God is? What has He said about who I am and how I should live?

Believing is more than saying that we have faith. Our beliefs should eventually become visible in the way we live, love, forgive, make decisions, treat others, and respond when life becomes difficult.

BELIEVE invites us to strengthen our relationship with God, challenge the beliefs that have kept us bound, and develop the courage to trust Him even when obedience requires us to change.

Before we can become, we must first believe.

"If ye love me, keep my commandments."

John 14:15

Build

Build the person, habits, relationships, knowledge, and resources necessary for the life you are becoming.

BUILD is the chrysalis. This is where the deeper work happens.

It is where we become honest about our experiences, examine our choices, confront fears, develop discipline, learn forgiveness, establish healthy boundaries, strengthen relationships, and gain the practical knowledge necessary to move forward.

BUILD may mean repairing your credit, preparing to purchase a home, returning to school, developing a career, starting a business, learning new technology, improving a relationship, forgiving someone — or recognizing something within yourself that needs to change.

Growth does not always happen quickly, and it does not happen on the same schedule for everyone.

Sometimes BUILD simply means becoming still enough to ask: Who am I? What am I experiencing? What is God showing me? What needs to grow, change, heal, or develop in me?

The chrysalis is not the end of the story. It is where transformation takes place.

"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion."

Philippians 1:6

Become

Become increasingly aligned with the person God created you to be — and allow what you have learned to become a contribution to someone else.

BECOME is not perfection. It is movement.

It is recognizing that our experiences can produce growth — and that our growth can eventually become something we give. A lesson. Encouragement. Wisdom. Compassion. A changed behavior. A healthier relationship. A business. A ministry. A conversation with someone who needs to know they are not alone.

This is why The Becoming Project uses the three reflections: MY EXPERIENCE | MY GROWTH | MY CONTRIBUTION

An experience may happen today. Growth may not become visible until months later. And contribution may come years from now. There is no deadline on becoming.

BECOME asks us to keep moving toward purpose while allowing God to use what we have experienced and learned for good.

You were known. You were set apart. You are still becoming.

"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works…"

Ephesians 2:10

The Becoming Process

Believe.Believe what God says about you — and believe Him enough to live according to His Word.
Build.Build the person, habits, relationships, knowledge, and resources necessary for the life you are becoming.
Become.Become increasingly aligned with the person God created you to be — and allow what you have learned to become a contribution to someone else.

You may move through these stages many times as you grow. Each new beginning invites you to believe again, keep building, and continue becoming.

Your Roadmap

The Becoming Process

How the Journey Works

The Becoming Project is a year-long transformational journey. Participants move through three intentional phases — Believe, Build, and Become — with support from our team, Becoming Network, and community at every step.

1

Phase 1

Believe

The awakening of identity. In this phase, participants begin to see themselves through the lens of their God-given purpose — not their past, their pain, or their circumstances.

2

Phase 2

Build

The work of transformation. Emotional healing, skill development, and spiritual growth take root. This is the chrysalis — protected, intentional, and necessary.

3

Phase 3

Become

The release into purpose. Like the butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, participants step into the life God designed for them — equipped, healed, and ready to carry life to others.

Holistic Empowerment, One Step at a Time

Your purpose is not something to find. It is something to return to. The Becoming Project is the path back. Every program we offer is built around that one conviction — and designed to address the whole person: spirit, mind, body, and community. Because God did not create you in pieces, and transformation cannot happen in one either.

Mental Health Support

Program One

Mental Health Support

Healing begins within.

We provide a safe, nurturing space to process, reflect, and restore emotional well-being — because a healthy mind is the foundation of everything you will become. Many of the women and teens we serve carry wounds from trauma, loss, identity confusion, the weight of caregiving and the challenges of single parenthood. Our mental health support creates a protected space — like the chrysalis — where healing can happen without judgment.

  • ✦Individual and group counseling support
  • ✦Trauma-informed care and emotional processing
  • ✦Identity and self-worth restoration
  • ✦Grief, loss, and crisis support
  • ✦Faith-centered mental wellness practices

Who this is for

Women and teens experiencing emotional distress, trauma, identity struggles, parenting challenges, financial instability, or the weight of caregiving responsibilities.

Career & Professional Development

Program Two

Career & Professional Development

Discover your gifts. Build your future.

Discover your gifts. Build your skills. Step into the professional world with confidence, clarity, and a plan that honors who you are. We believe every woman and teen carries God-given gifts that deserve to be developed and deployed. Our career development program helps participants identify their strengths, build marketable skills, and pursue professional paths with purpose.

  • ✦Career exploration and vocational assessment
  • ✦Resume building and interview preparation
  • ✦Entrepreneurship and business basics
  • ✦Coaching with professional women
  • ✦Goal-setting and accountability coaching

Who this is for

Women re-entering the workforce, teens preparing for their future, and anyone ready to align their career with their calling.

Life Skills Education

Program Three

Life Skills Education

Equipped for every area of life.

From financial literacy to communication and leadership — we equip women and teens with the practical tools to thrive in every area of life. Purpose without practical skills leaves people stuck. Our life skills curriculum bridges the gap between healing and thriving — giving participants the tools they need to manage their homes, finances, relationships, and futures with confidence.

  • ✦Financial literacy and budgeting
  • ✦Communication and conflict resolution
  • ✦Parenting and family wellness
  • ✦Leadership development
  • ✦Healthy relationships and boundaries

Who this is for

Women and teens who want to build a stable, purposeful life — including those navigating single parenting, financial hardship, or family instability.

Sports Therapy

Program Four

Sports Therapy

Movement heals. Purpose moves.

Movement heals. Through sports and physical wellness, we build resilience, discipline, and a deep connection between body and purpose. Sports therapy is more than exercise — it is a vehicle for emotional healing, community building, and discovering what the body is capable of when the spirit is aligned.

  • ✦Structured sports and athletic programming
  • ✦Physical wellness and body-positive practices
  • ✦Team-building and community through movement
  • ✦Discipline and resilience training
  • ✦Trauma release through physical activity

Who this is for

Teens and young women who thrive through movement, need an outlet for emotional energy, or are looking for community through shared physical activity.

Two Companions for the Journey

Your Purpose Is Not Something to Find.
It Is Something to Return To.

The Becoming Project gives you two powerful companions for the journey — a year-long journal to guide your transformation, and a Becoming Network member to walk beside you every step of the way.

Year-Long Companion

The Becoming Journal

A guided, 12-month journal designed to walk you through every stage of your Becoming journey. Each month builds on the last — moving you deeper into Believe, through Build, and into Become. It is not a workbook. It is a conversation between you and God about who He made you to be.

  • ●Monthly reflection prompts rooted in Scripture
  • ●12 months of intentional, guided growth
  • ●Tracks your transformation from the first page to the last
  • ●Designed to be used alongside your Becoming Network member

Wise, Faith-Rooted Women

The Becoming Council of Women

A circle of wise, faith-rooted women — each from a different walk of life — chosen to walk beside every participant on their Becoming journey. Recovery. Entrepreneurship. Healing. Incarceration. Parenting. Illness. Finances. Credit repair and building. Homebuying. Building stronger relationships with family. Each Becoming Network member carries a testimony of God's power and a heart for the woman who is still in the middle of her story.

  • ●Choose the woman whose story resonates with yours
  • ●Rooted in Scripture and lived experience
  • ●This is not coaching — it is wise counsel
  • ●Available throughout your full year of Becoming

The Becoming Journal

Your Chrysalis. Your One-Year Journey.

Every participant in The Becoming Project receives a beautifully designed journal — a one-year guided chrysalis experience designed to help them discover and walk into the purpose God set for them before they were born.

The Journey Begins with ONE Goal

Before you turn the first page, take a moment to answer these three foundational questions. If you don't yet know the answer to Question #1, that's perfectly okay. Move on to Question #2 and write down your top three answers. Then take a closer look and narrow them down to just ONE. Deep down, you already know what it is. It's the dream, calling, or desire that has been tugging at your heart for a long time. Stop overthinking it. Trust yourself. Write down the ONE answer that keeps coming back to you.

  • 1Who does the world say you are — and who do you believe you are?
  • 2If fear had no voice, who would you become?
  • 3What would change — in your life and in the lives of others — if you became her?

Once your goal is selected, the Becoming journey begins. You may transform immediately. You may take a month, a year or several years. Do not rush the process. Only you know what it will take for your transformation, so be patient with yourself. The goal is to keep walking toward the finish — because the process itself will make them better.

How the Journal Guides You

The journal does not hand you a list of tasks. It walks beside you — month by month — through the three phases of your Becoming. Each phase has its own rhythm, its own work, and its own grace.

BELIEVEMonths 1–4

The journal opens by asking you to stop and look inward. Who told you that you were not enough? What has fear kept you from? What does God say about you — and do you believe it? These months are slow, sacred, and honest. You are not yet building. You are learning to believe that building is possible.

"Everything is possible for one who believes."Mark 9:23

BUILDMonths 5–8

Once your belief is rooted, the journal shifts into action. You identify your one goal if you have not already done so. You begin the practical, Spirit-led work of building toward it — one month, one activity, one step at a time. This is where the journal becomes a blueprint. Not a rigid plan, but a living roadmap that bends with your life.

"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion."Philippians 1:6

BECOMEMonths 9–12

The final months are not a finish line — they are a threshold. The journal turns your attention forward. Who are you now? What has changed? What is God calling you to carry into the world? You do not graduate from Becoming. You step into it — and the journal helps you see how far you have already come.

"For I know the plans I have for you — plans to give you hope and a future."Jeremiah 29:11

Each Month Includes

  • ✦
A Scripture — A Word from God to anchor the month's work.
  • ✦
A Prayer — An invitation to bring the journey before God.
  • ✦
A Reflection — Space to process, feel, and grow.
  • ✦
A Guided Activity — A practical step connected to their personal goal.

For Example

If your goal is to build a better relationship with a mother, father, sibling, friend, or coworker, your monthly activities may include:

  • ●Practicing forgiveness
  • ●Letting go of the past
  • ●Being still and listening
  • ●Writing a letter
  • ●Taking the person to lunch
  • ●Going on a road trip together
  • ●Spending intentional time
  • ●Practicing empathy

The journal is designed to transform, not just instruct. It is the heart of the Becoming Process.

"For I know the plans I have for you — plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." — Jeremiah 29:11

Your Becoming Starts Now.

You were not created to stay stuck. You were created to transform. If something in you has been stirring — a dream deferred, a calling you can't shake, a version of yourself you haven't yet met — this is your moment. We are ready to walk with you.

The Becoming Project

Believe. Build. Become.
