The Vision Behind the Network
The Becoming Network is not the work of one person — it is a collaborative, Spirit-led effort to connect God-given gifts with the people who need them most. Every professional, mentor, prayer partner, and resource on this page answered a call. Together, we exist to walk alongside women and teens who are ready to step into the fullness of who God created them to be.
The men and women selected for this Network were not chosen for their titles — they were chosen for their testimony, their faithfulness, and their willingness to serve. This is not about Beverly Austin. This is about the glory of God, expressed through people who have said yes to being used. If you find yourself here, know that someone on this page was placed in your path on purpose.

This is not mentorship.
This is wise counsel.
Each member of The Becoming Network has walked through their own transformation. Her testimony is hers alone — she shares only what she chooses. What she offers publicly is who she became, the wisdom she carries, and how she is called to help restore the women who come to her.
Participants may choose a Network member whose story resonates with their own. Rooted in Scripture and lived experience, The Becoming Network walks beside you for the full year of your Becoming journey.
You may choose more than one Becoming Network member — each one covering a different area of need in your life. However, no more than one meeting per month, per member. Your journey is sacred. Give each conversation the space it deserves.
How It Works
You begin the year-long Becoming Journal — your personal roadmap back to purpose.
You review the Council and choose a woman whose story speaks to yours.
She walks beside you — offering Scripture, wisdom, and counsel at every stage.
Together, you move through Believe. Build. Become.
Your Readiness
When Are You Ready for Council?
"When the student is ready, the master will appear."
There is no required stage. There is no milestone you must reach before you are allowed to reach out. The Council is not a reward for progress — it is a companion for the journey.
Some women will open their Journal on day one and immediately feel the pull to connect with a Becoming Network member. Others will spend months in quiet reflection before they are ready to be seen. Both are right. Both are holy.
The Journal will do its work in you. It will ask the questions, surface the truths, and prepare the soil. And when something stirs — when you feel the need for a voice that has walked where you are walking — that is your signal. The Council will be here.
You do not have to know where you are in your journey to begin. You only have to be willing.

She believes prayer is not only about asking God for direction — it is also about having the courage to move when He gives it. Bobbie is a mover. She understands that sometimes becoming requires leaving what is familiar, stepping into something new, and trusting God even when the entire journey has not been revealed. As a Prayer Partner, Bobbie walks alongside those who are afraid to take that next step. With compassion, encouragement, prayer, and a spirit of adventure, she reminds them: You don't have to know everything that lies ahead.
